Microgreens are your everyday vegetables that are harvested 7 to 14 days after the seed is planted. Our microgreens are harvested the saturday morning before our meals go out for pick up or delivery. Different from their fully grown mature plant, these baby leaves are packed with 4 to 40 times more flavor, energy and nutrients. They are perfect for using as a side salad, garnishing your meals, juicing, or blending into your favorite smoothies. The microgreen varieties and blends that were selected for our catalog were chosen because of it's nutritional and flavor profiles. Our microgreens are packed with Vitamins A, C & K, calcium, iron, phosphorus, copper, potassium, folate and copper. Our microgreens are packaged in 2 oz. portions perfect for 2-4 servings.
