REFUND POLICY (JUNE 2018)

At OSM by CJ we understand that everyone’s tastes are different. That is why our menu offers a variety of permanent and seasonal options. We complete regular reviews and surveys with our customers to gain valuable feedback.

Whilst the majority of our customers love our food, if you are in the position where you do not enjoy our meals we would greatly appreciate your input, but cannot offer refunds for this.

 OSM by CJ is not responsible for loss and/ or damages to your meal prep if left unattended once the delivery process is complete.

In the case you have received a damaged product, please bring it into our storefront within 3 calendar days from the date you received it for inspection so we can quickly replace your meals.

If you did not receive your scheduled delivery, please contact order@osmbycj.com within 24 hours.

On-Season Meals is a pay as you go process, if you find you do not enjoy your meal prep, you are welcome to pause or cancel your subscription at will.

In the instance a refund is issued, it may take between 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to the account depending on the card issuer’s policies.
