Order meal prep on your computer or mobile phone! Select a weekly or meal plan or order a la carte. Choose your meals according to the plan you chose. Select either pick up or delivery. Place your order by Wednesday Midnight and your meals are delivered or ready for pick up the following weekend.

Your meals are prepped and ready to go! Our professional drivers will deliver to the location and date you selected. Or stop on by our Fullerton location and we'll have your healthy meal prep ready for pick up!

MEAL PREP MENU

Our menu consists of four different meal prep plans to choose from. We have a meal prep plan for every budget! Within our meal prep plans we offer a menu where you can select your meals to go with your meal plan. Every week we offer 13 meal items you can choose from. There are 4 rotating weekly special meals, 3 seasonal meal offerings that rotate monthly, 2 OSM Original signatures meals and 4 rotating breakfasts to choose from. We also offer keto friendly meals. In our meal prep menu we integrate a variety of cuisine such as international, fusion and classic comfort food. All our meals use fitness inspired ingredients with chef created recipes. We take pride in using the freshest and nutrient dense ingredients.
